Northwest Herring Week (June 20th – 26th) aims to restore herring to its proper place as a commercial fishery for human consumption. Joule’s salt & vinegar cured herring, sea bean relish, and seaweed gremolata is part of the roundup of herring dishes available from restaurants around the city.

Joule will be closing early at 8pm for staff holiday party.

Joule will be closed for a private event.
Monday, January 26th
Joule will be hosting PCC Farmland Trust dinner. The ticket for the event can be purchased at brown paper ticket. There will be no regular service for the evening.
